Perfect location. Fit for purpose, great value for money. Nice garden area, you will feel as a true London inhabitant. — Carlos, 29 Sep 2015
Ubicación excelente, muy buena atención del personal, jardín estupendo — Hector, 23 Sep 2015
Good location, not far from station. Very quiet. Great having small garden for children. — Gemma, 05 Aug 2015
Charlottes flat is situated in a very peaceful, safe and lovely area. Supermarkets, tube, train, bus and lots of pubs/restaurants are just minutes away. The location is simply brilliant!
The flat is suitable for 2-3 adults or 2 adults/2 kids. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy. The shower is a bit tricky, but it worked well during my stay. I recommend Charlottes flat. It is not a dance hall, but you get value for money - and a lovely garden with morning sun too.

— A2Z, 15 Jul 2015
Charming apartment, even larger than I anticipated. When I had a question on line, Charlotte got back to me promptly. Bed was comfortable, although the large and heavy comforter was a bit much, especially since heat came up if the temperature fell below 20 C. Lots of information on London but would have liked more on Wimbledon (map showing food stores in particular). Would definitely stay there again. — Christina G, 18 Jun 2015
The best thing about this studio is you have off street parking, and train station is only 2 blocks away — 17163, 11 Jun 2015

Moc pěkná a dobře vybavená kuchyně, milé překvapení při příjezdu - připravený balíček s potravinami.
Místo je fajn, pěkná zahrádka.

Charlotte was very helpful allowing us to make the most of our trip in London by kindly letting us leave our car at the property either side of checking in/out. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Charlotte for facilitating a good experience. — Myrna, 27 Mar 2015

The owner was very helpful and responded to questions promptly. The warmth of the unit was so welcoming and was constant during our stay when the temperature outside was -3. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked well. — Susan, 01 Feb 2015
— Yanhuang, 15 Jan 2015
Very cosy and it was very clean — Peter Bryon, 30 Nov 2014
The kitchen and garden were a big plus. The apartment was very clean with good access to wifi. — Stephen, 15 Nov 2014
Kitchen spacious, very well equipped, nice shops and breakfast opportunities nearby, easy access to London center — Miriam, 02 Nov 2014
The convenience of this flat is it's key advantage. For tourists and other visitors to Wimbledon it couldn't be better. The kitchen is excellent, almost a third the size of the flat, well stocked, with plenty of space. The garden is also a definite advantage and a very pleasant spot. A large TV and an exhaustively researched booklet of things to do and places to see. The owner has gone all out to make you feel at home. The place is clean and pleasant. — Simon, 15 Oct 2014
Location Some of the touches Price was reasonable Owner was a good communicator I booked it for just me but two of my kids stayed one night The kids liked the TV/Wii etc — Richard, 14 Oct 2014
The garden, kitchen and comfortable bed where all positives.

I have another review for this flat, in which I said I hoped I could return some day. "Some day" finally happened, and it was as great as I remembered. Thanks, Charlotte! — Scott, 04 May 2014
Well-equipped and spacious kitchen, Quiet area, very convenient for shops and tube. Owners dealt promptly with any problems arising. I think it would be ideal in the summer months when the garden could be used. — Angela, 16 Nov 2013
This studio apartment was a delightful place to stay and ideal for me, travelling alone, giving quiet privacy. It felt very homely, with a pleasant outlook to the large back garden. It was most enjoyable dining al fresco with visitors, and I was tempted to make an apple pie with some of the apples on the fully-laden tree. I picked some of the prolific roses which delicately perfumed the room during the day. The kitchen is very well set up with an excellent range of modern appliances. The owners were very prompt when I encountered some difficulties with internet and using the shower; they sorted things out quickly and satisfactorily. It is a short walk into the lovely Wimbledon township. — Guest, 20 Sep 2013
The studio is very clean and well equipped as described. The owners kindly let us check in ealier because there were no tenants the day before. The location is very convenient and close to everything plus a 20 minute ride to downtown.

Visited for Wimbledon tennis & various sightseeing. Perfectly located for Wimbledon. Apartment comfortable and the cleaner was very welcoming. Had a great few days in London — Aberdeenshire, 20 Oct 2012
London was amazing and the flat is in a perfect location. Very easy to get to tube and train station. Great local pubs for cider and chips. We were really pleased. Our welcome email told us we would receive a welcome basket full of goodies. — Sarah, 29 Apr 2012
Our experience was consistent with those described in other reviews; we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our time in the studio. Charlotte and Harry are incredibly warm and gracious hosts who kindly answered all of our questions and provided a vast amount of information about the Wimbledon area. Having access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the studio's proximity to Sainsbury's, pubs and the Tube made it the perfect place for our long getaway. This was our 3rd trip to London, but the first during which we've not booked a hotel and because of this experience, we will never stay in a hotel again. We are so excited to return next year. — Alexis Chase, 03 Jul 2011
Working directly with the owner is a bit nerve-wracking when you've relied mainly on hotels in the past. Thankfully, it all turned out wonderfully with Charlotte's flat. Let's address the elephant in the room: it's a studio-sized apartment. If you've never lived in a studio or are unsure what the term implies, it means there is one larger main room, a bathroom and kitchen. For someone who lives in a single family house, or even a 1-bedroom condo, this may seem small; if there's more than 2 of you traveling, it'll seem even smaller. But I can tell you this: after having lived for 3 years in a studio in Chicago, I'd take Charlotte's flat over mine any day of the week. The kitchen alone is amazing, much better than you would get if you rented a hotel suite. Bottom line, if you're vacationing in London and are put off by the idea of renting a studio, you have to ask yourself: what is my expected activity level? On my vacation, I tried to spend as much of my time outside going places than I did inside, watching TV; Charlotte's flat didn't need to be any bigger than it was, and how nice it turned out was icing on the cake. — Scott Carlson, 25 May 2011
Staying at this property made our trip to the UK even more enjoyable. Only a couple of blocks from the Tube and great shops (Excellent coffee too!). A little on the small side, but more than adequate for my Mum and I. Lovely garden and great communication with the owners. Highly recommended and we can't wait to come back! Thanks again :-) — Sally Brandum-Brown, 04 Sep 2010
My husband & I stayed in this studio apartment during the Wimbledon Championships this year & had a fantastic experience! Charlotte was wonderful to work with. She provided us everything we needed & more;a starter food basket (cereal, eggs, milk, bread, etc.), electrical adapters, a hair dryer, toiletries, maps/guidebooks & more. Although the bathroom was quite small the studio, overall, was quite spacious & accommodated my husband & I very comfortably. My sister-in-law even visited us from Germany one night & stayed with us on the pull out sofa bed. The studio is located in an extremely convenient location. We could walk to the AELTC & Wimbledon Commons. Wimbledon Station was only 2 blocks from us so we could quickly & easily get on the Underground or catch a train. There were plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and banks around as well. It was also amazing that even though the studio was only a block from all of these great places, the street that it was located on was extremely quite so it was not noisy when you were sleeping. I would definitely rent this studio apartment again. Thanks Charlotte for all of your help! — Sara Jane Marcum, 12 Jul 2010
My mother, who is 83, and I had no idea what to expect before we arrived at the flat. To our delight, the place was exactly as described. It has a fantastic kitchen, a small but nicely done bathroom, a comfortable bed and pull out futon couch. Charlotte is easy to work with and followed-through on everything in a timely fashion. She also provided a welcome basket that was truly welcome since we arrived late in the evening...all the necessary staples were provided to tide over weary travelers for the first day. The flat is small but easily accommodated two adults. We also enjoyed Wimbledon village. The studio is just a few blocks from the heart of the business district and train station. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Trains to and from central London are frequent and easy to navigate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and I would gladly recommend this flat to other travelers. — Jan Bridgeford-Smith, 13 Nov 2009
L’appartamento è bello, pulito e molto confortevole, non manca nulla! La posizione tranquilla ottimamente servita e nelle vicinanze si trova tutto quello che serve. Molto attenti i proprietari e scrupolosi. — Alessandra Corsi , 03 Oct 2009
Charlotte made this incredibly easy. Everything that you could think of, she provided before we arrived. A mobile phone to use, Oyster cards, basic food for the flat, a power adapter for the UK; if you could think about it, it was there. Aside from that, the studio was comfortable, and fit two nicely. The backyard was lovely, and one morning I saw a rabbit wandering through it, which was quite nice. Well situated, and close to the Underground. Thoroughly a good experience. Thanks Charlotte. — Michael Alpert-Appell, 27 Sep 2009
The apartment is clean, well equipped and well located. The owners are friendly as well as discreet and attentive. The children enjoyed the facilities of the apartment and the garden. — Charlotte Colins, 20 Sep 2009
Accurate description, very clean, cosy and conveniently placed apartment. It has everything we needed and was only a two-minute walk to the Tube. Next to shops and dining places. Room enough for a couple with two children. We had a wonderful stay. — Fely Centenera, 28 Aug 2009
My family (2 adults/2 kids) fully enjoyed staying at this quaint studio apartment in Wimbledon. It's location is just minutes from the tube/bus stations, grocery stores, restaurants--anything you could need is within walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped--complete with a welcome basket of starter foods (eggs, butter, bread, jam, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, sugar, seasonings, etc.) Oyster cards (London's cheapest transport option), a courtesy, rechargeable cell phone, and power converters were provided. Tons of maps, tourist pamphlets, books, etc. Travel sized toiletries were provided in bathroom area. The outside area was lovely with a BBQ area, table/chair sitting area, and even a fruit bearing apple tree--my husband made an apple pie! There were 5 bikes with security locks to be used for local area riding and a private, secure parking area for a car. Owner met us at the apartment the first morning of our stay--very friendly and helpful; answered all questions/concerns. Finally, after a long day of sight seeing...my kids (and husband) loved relaxing by playing with the Wii! Would absolutely stay there again! — wendy hilliard, 28 Aug 2009
