    Fantastische ligging in leuke en veilige wijk. Leuke en levendige pub op ongeveer 200 m, metro 300 m en pizzeria op 400 m. Verder nog genoeg winkels in de buurt. Afgesloten parkeerplaats in de riante tuin. In het appartement lagen 4 pasjes voor de metro waar je alleen zelf geld op moet zetten. Heel handig. Appartement is klein. Grote keuken en kleine woonkamer met uittrek bed en slaapbank en badkamer in soort kast. Maar wat heb je meer nodig voor stads trip? Wij niets.

    Appartement kon in ogen wel iets schoner en een opknapbeurt kan ook geen kwaad. Maar ligging en rest van de faciliteiten maakte alles goed!

    De goede ligging in Londen, vlak bij station, en de parkeerplek voor de auto. Verder dat het schoon was en van alle gemakken was voorzien. En de grote tuin op het zuiden met buiten eetttafel.

    De buitendeur was wat gammel en had geen heel stevig slot (er was wel een kluis in het appartement). De douche was fris, maar wat gedateerd.

    Parkeerplek in de tuin en een grote tuin tot jr beschikking.

    Borg al heel snel geïncasseerd ondanks dat op de site 2 weken van te voren staat. Nu geïncasseerd tegelijk met de betaling en niet apart.

    Just a bit tired... could do with a little work to make super special. Lick on kitchen door didn’t feel secure. Would be worth extra lock.

    She thought of everything, including providing things like Oyster cards and a UK mobile phone. She also added some thoughtful additional touches like a welcome basket with food since we arrived late in the evening, and since we were celebrating our anniversary, a cake and balloons as well. The location is unbeatable!

    It is definitely small, as advertised, especially when compared to American standards, but was comfortable for the 2 of us.

    Charlottes flat is situated in a very peaceful, safe and lovely area. Supermarkets, tube, train, bus and lots of pubs/restaurants are just minutes away. The location is simply brilliant!
    The flat is suitable for 2-3 adults or 2 adults/2 kids. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy. The shower is a bit tricky, but it worked well during my stay. I recommend Charlottes flat. It is not a dance hall, but you get value for money - and a lovely garden with morning sun too.

    Charming apartment, even larger than I anticipated. When I had a question on line, Charlotte got back to me promptly. Bed was comfortable, although the large and heavy comforter was a bit much, especially since heat came up if the temperature fell below 20 C. Lots of information on London but would have liked more on Wimbledon (map showing food stores in particular). Would definitely stay there again.

    Very close to the station and to supermarkets, nice well equipped kitchen. There also is a nice garden with even a bbq. There is a lot of travel information in the appartment and there are even bikes available!

    The owner was very helpful and responded to questions promptly. The warmth of the unit was so welcoming and was constant during our stay when the temperature outside was -3. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked well.

    The convenience of this flat is it's key advantage. For tourists and other visitors to Wimbledon it couldn't be better. The kitchen is excellent, almost a third the size of the flat, well stocked, with plenty of space. The garden is also a definite advantage and a very pleasant spot. A large TV and an exhaustively researched booklet of things to do and places to see. The owner has gone all out to make you feel at home. The place is clean and pleasant.

    This studio apartment was a delightful place to stay and ideal for me, travelling alone, giving quiet privacy. It felt very homely, with a pleasant outlook to the large back garden. It was most enjoyable dining al fresco with visitors, and I was tempted to make an apple pie with some of the apples on the fully-laden tree. I picked some of the prolific roses which delicately perfumed the room during the day. The kitchen is very well set up with an excellent range of modern appliances. The owners were very prompt when I encountered some difficulties with internet and using the shower; they sorted things out quickly and satisfactorily. It is a short walk into the lovely Wimbledon township.

    Our experience was consistent with those described in other reviews; we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our time in the studio. Charlotte and Harry are incredibly warm and gracious hosts who kindly answered all of our questions and provided a vast amount of information about the Wimbledon area. Having access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the studio's proximity to Sainsbury's, pubs and the Tube made it the perfect place for our long getaway. This was our 3rd trip to London, but the first during which we've not booked a hotel and because of this experience, we will never stay in a hotel again. We are so excited to return next year.

    Working directly with the owner is a bit nerve-wracking when you've relied mainly on hotels in the past. Thankfully, it all turned out wonderfully with Charlotte's flat. Let's address the elephant in the room: it's a studio-sized apartment. If you've never lived in a studio or are unsure what the term implies, it means there is one larger main room, a bathroom and kitchen. For someone who lives in a single family house, or even a 1-bedroom condo, this may seem small; if there's more than 2 of you traveling, it'll seem even smaller. But I can tell you this: after having lived for 3 years in a studio in Chicago, I'd take Charlotte's flat over mine any day of the week. The kitchen alone is amazing, much better than you would get if you rented a hotel suite. Bottom line, if you're vacationing in London and are put off by the idea of renting a studio, you have to ask yourself: what is my expected activity level? On my vacation, I tried to spend as much of my time outside going places than I did inside, watching TV; Charlotte's flat didn't need to be any bigger than it was, and how nice it turned out was icing on the cake.

    My husband & I stayed in this studio apartment during the Wimbledon Championships this year & had a fantastic experience! Charlotte was wonderful to work with. She provided us everything we needed & more;a starter food basket (cereal, eggs, milk, bread, etc.), electrical adapters, a hair dryer, toiletries, maps/guidebooks & more. Although the bathroom was quite small the studio, overall, was quite spacious & accommodated my husband & I very comfortably. My sister-in-law even visited us from Germany one night & stayed with us on the pull out sofa bed. The studio is located in an extremely convenient location. We could walk to the AELTC & Wimbledon Commons. Wimbledon Station was only 2 blocks from us so we could quickly & easily get on the Underground or catch a train. There were plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and banks around as well. It was also amazing that even though the studio was only a block from all of these great places, the street that it was located on was extremely quite so it was not noisy when you were sleeping. I would definitely rent this studio apartment again. Thanks Charlotte for all of your help!

    My mother, who is 83, and I had no idea what to expect before we arrived at the flat. To our delight, the place was exactly as described. It has a fantastic kitchen, a small but nicely done bathroom, a comfortable bed and pull out futon couch. Charlotte is easy to work with and followed-through on everything in a timely fashion. She also provided a welcome basket that was truly welcome since we arrived late in the evening...all the necessary staples were provided to tide over weary travelers for the first day. The flat is small but easily accommodated two adults. We also enjoyed Wimbledon village. The studio is just a few blocks from the heart of the business district and train station. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Trains to and from central London are frequent and easy to navigate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and I would gladly recommend this flat to other travelers.

    Charlotte made this incredibly easy. Everything that you could think of, she provided before we arrived. A mobile phone to use, Oyster cards, basic food for the flat, a power adapter for the UK; if you could think about it, it was there. Aside from that, the studio was comfortable, and fit two nicely. The backyard was lovely, and one morning I saw a rabbit wandering through it, which was quite nice. Well situated, and close to the Underground. Thoroughly a good experience. Thanks Charlotte.

    My family (2 adults/2 kids) fully enjoyed staying at this quaint studio apartment in Wimbledon. It's location is just minutes from the tube/bus stations, grocery stores, restaurants--anything you could need is within walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped--complete with a welcome basket of starter foods (eggs, butter, bread, jam, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, sugar, seasonings, etc.) Oyster cards (London's cheapest transport option), a courtesy, rechargeable cell phone, and power converters were provided. Tons of maps, tourist pamphlets, books, etc. Travel sized toiletries were provided in bathroom area. The outside area was lovely with a BBQ area, table/chair sitting area, and even a fruit bearing apple tree--my husband made an apple pie! There were 5 bikes with security locks to be used for local area riding and a private, secure parking area for a car. Owner met us at the apartment the first morning of our stay--very friendly and helpful; answered all questions/concerns. Finally, after a long day of sight seeing...my kids (and husband) loved relaxing by playing with the Wii! Would absolutely stay there again!
